Product identification
Products and variants use unique WooCommerce SKU identifiers. Manufacturer or supplier details, country of origin, batch or model information, and destination-market documentation are provided on the listing, packaging, label, accompanying instructions, or through support where applicable.
Warnings and instructions
Read the product page, packaging, labels, and enclosed instructions before use. Follow all item-specific care, material, age, charging, battery, heat, electrical, allergy, or choking warnings. Stop using a product that is damaged, overheats, leaks, smells unusual, or behaves unexpectedly.
Adult and general-use catalog
The store is for customers aged 18 or older. Products described as novelty, decorative, or general-use items are not marketed or intended as children's products. Keep small parts and unsuitable products away from children and follow any stronger warning printed on the product or packaging.
Makeup brushes
Makeup brushes are application tools, not cosmetic products. Clean them before first use and regularly afterward, allow them to dry fully, do not share unclean brushes, and stop use if irritation occurs.
Documentation
Relevant product-specific compliance, material, test, or conformity documentation is available on reasonable request where applicable. Email support with the product name and SKU.
Report an incident or recall concern
Stop using the product and email support@cartoftwo.com with the order number, SKU, description, photos or video, and any injury or property damage. We will investigate with the supplier and fulfilment partner and provide recall or remedy instructions when required.
